How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exceptions
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
